  • Do you offer gift cards?

  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    We offer a hassle-free returns policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to our returns policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  • How do I know what size to order?
    To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend referring to our size guide, which can be found on each product page. If you have any further questions about sizing, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
    We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • How can I track my order?
    How can I track my order? If you have requested of shipping by tracked parcel, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Do you have a physical store location?
    At the moment, we are an online-only retailer and do not have a physical store location. However, we offer worldwide shipping to bring our beachwear directly to you! In addition, you can also opt for physical pick-up via private arrangement with our customer service.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on international shipping options and rates. What can I do if I lost my parcel with untracked shipping? Unfortunately, if you choose untracked shipping method, sorry that we cannot be held responsible for your own choice.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, and UnionPay. We also offer the option to pay via PayNow! for added convenience to those without credit cards.
  • When will I receive my refund payment?
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days once we have confirmed the collection of your return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
  • Are payments on your website safe and secure?
    Our website uses Hitpay's payment system for our online transactions. HitPay adopts a robust technology that is stack-designed and built by banking & payments professionals. HitPay's technology stack has been tested by external cybersecurity agencies as per relevant regulatory authorities. HitPay partners with leading payment infrastructure and banking networks in Singapore to ensure merchant transactions are processed securely and paid out on time. The payment checkout page is hosted on TLS hosted servers with built-in payment tokenisation and encryption features. The credit card payment gateway is PCI - DSS compliant and partner with Stripe for payment security and fraud detection infrastructure.
